Some guys posted this footage on Youtube. It's from 1986 at my art school, the Maryland Institute, College of Art. Amazing! I'm speechless. If you look closely, you'll see me and my roommate Mike Wilson. We're some of the few black people there in the mid 80's. LOL!

As an adult, Eric McRay returned to his North Carolinian heritage, where he has become a major force in the NC art community. His work uniquely captures the spirit of North Carolina living. "A Pastoral Paradise Vacation"
Peaceful, calming and serene. It's your drive through the countryside on a Sunday afternoon, It's a walk down memory lane. It's a reminder of childhood retreats and family trips. Pastoral scenes capture the nostalgia of rural livelihood, the mystery of nature, and the curiosity of a child where everything was fun under the sun.
